Maxine is known for her innovative approaches to managing medical records.  For over twenty years she has shared her medical record experience with hospitals as a consultant.  She has proven success in reducing accounts receivables, improving case mix and increasing reimbursement for clients.  Through her productivity systems, operational improvements implementation and DRG skills development, Maxine has provided clients with $150,000 to $1,000,000 in annualized savings.

As a consultant Maxine has worked all over the United States in hospitals ranging from metropolitan teaching to small community hospitals.  She has completed projects for national health care chains, nationally known manufacturing companies and software vendors.  Maxine has managed and performed projects such as implementation of concurrent coding and utilization management programs, development of word processing centers, implementation of operational improvements and productivity systems.

Prior to owning her own consulting business, Maxine was the Manager of Resource Productivity for Coopers & Lybrand, managing their medical records and resource productivity practices.  Her previous positions included DRG Coordinator and Medical Records Director.
